Main tasks

  • Prepare the steel components and sub-assemblies

  • Assemble and adjust various steel components

  • Perform all MIG welding tasks

  • Ensure self-checking of the quality of welds, assembly and fitting

  • Read and interpret the plans

Skills required

  • Excellent knowledge of MIG and electrode welding

  • Experience in welded mechanical assembly

  • Ability to work with blueprints

  • Skill in performing high-quality welds

  • Autonomy, organizational skills, meticulousness and rigor

  • Resourcefulness, versatility and team spirit

  • Punctuality

Requirements

  • DEP in welding/assembly or 1 year of relevant experience

  • CWB card (advantage)

Terms

  • Install the air and electrical systems

  • Install the axles, tires and various components

  • Cutting and installing wood or aluminum flooring

  • Install various components such as reflective tape, mudguards, etc.

  • Perform general maintenance

  • Keep your work area clean at all times

Principales tâches

Comptabilité et tenue de livres

  • Effectuer la tenue de livres complète

  • Préparer la balance de vérification

  • Effectuer les écritures comptables et assurer la fermeture annuelle

  • Préparer et vérifier les états financiers internes (état des résultats, bilan)

  • Assurer l’exactitude des données comptables avant leur transmission au comptable externe

  • Collaborer étroitement avec le comptable lors de la fin d’année financière

  • Préparer et effectuer les remises gouvernementales (TPS, TVQ, DAS, etc.)

Gestion administrative et conformité

  • Gérer les dossiers CNESST (déclarations, formulaires, suivis et exactitude des données)

  • Assurer le suivi de l’équité salariale

  • Gérer les dossiers d’assurances collectives

Gestion administrative des projets

  • Offrir un soutien administratif aux chargés de projets

  • Participer à l’optimisation des processus administratifs et au suivi de la rentabilité des projets

  • Effectuer la mise à jour des logiciels maison en lien avec la production

Compétences recherchées

  • Expérience pertinente en comptabilité (obligatoire)

  • Excellente connaissance du cycle comptable complet

  • Maîtrise du logiciel comptable Sage

  • Bonne compréhension des outils informatiques (suite Office, Excel intermédiaire)

  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et grande discrétion

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter les échéanciers

Exigences

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire

  • Expérience en PME manufacturière (atout important)

Main tasks

Accounting and bookkeeping

  • Perform full bookkeeping

  • Prepare the verification balance

  • Perform accounting entries and ensure the annual closing

  • Prepare and verify internal financial statements (income statement, balance sheet)

  • Ensure the accuracy of accounting data before its transmission to the external accountant

  • Collaborating closely with the accountant during the end of the financial year

  • Prepare and submit government remittances (GST, QST, DAS, etc.)

Administrative management and compliance

  • Managing CNESST files (declarations, forms, follow-ups and data accuracy)

  • Ensure pay equity monitoring

  • Managing group insurance files

Administrative management of projects

  • Providing administrative support to project managers

  • Participate in the optimization of administrative processes and the monitoring of project profitability

  • Perform the update of in-house software related to production

Skills required

  • Relevant experience in accounting (required)

  • Excellent knowledge of the complete accounting cycle

  • Proficiency in Sage accounting software

  • Good understanding of computer tools (Office suite, intermediate Excel skills)

  • Rigour, autonomy, organizational skills and great discretion

  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position

  • Experience in a manufacturing SME (a significant asset)
